Shipping policy

Personalisation takes 5-7 days to complete, as all embroidery is done in-house with care and attention to detail. Express orders are prioritised to ensure they’re completed as quickly as possible.

For keepsakes: Once we have received your materials, please allow 1-3 weeks for personalised items to be dispatched. If you have also ordered other personalised items, they will be shipped together.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery.
