About me

Hey there! I'm Steph, the chief creator, chaos coordinator, and coffee connoisseur behind Weary Theory. Picture this: a perpetually caffeinated mum of two, armed with an embroidery machine and a wild dream to add a splash of personality to little adventurers' backpacks. That's me in a nutshell!

Who Am I?

I'm a certified multitasking maestro, a perpetual seeker of giggles, and a self-proclaimed embroidery magician. When I'm not untangling thread or chasing after my tiny tornadoes, you can find me crafting personalised backpacks with more love and care than you'd ever believe could fit into those pint-sized bags.

Why Weary Theory?

Let's face it, parenting is an Olympic sport, and I'm here to equip your little champs with the coolest gear in town. Weary Theory is my brainchild, born out of a combination of sleepless nights and a fervent desire to create something special for every child out there.

My Masterpiece: Personalised Backpacks!

I've got a knack for turning plain canvas into mini masterpieces. Your little one's name will be the star of the show, embroidered with precision and pizzazz. Trust me, those backpacks will be the talk of the playground!

How It All Began

One fateful evening, in the middle of a Lego minefield, the idea for Weary Theory struck me like a lightning bolt. With a leap of faith and a bit of caffeine-fueled courage, I dove headfirst into the world of machine embroidery. I purchased my first machine, spent many late nights (and failed attempts) teaching myself to embroider and finding the cutest backpacks for my templates. After many samples (and many months of waiting!) the rest as they say - is history!

A Day in the Life

My days are a delightful blend of baby giggles, bobbin winding, and brainstorming sessions. I like to think of my workspace as a controlled chaos of thread spools, tiny socks, and dinosaur figures. It's where dreams (and thread) come to life!

Join the Weary Theory Family!

By choosing Weary Theory, you're not just getting a backpack; you're getting a piece of my heart. Each stitch is a testament to the joy, love, and sleepless nights that went into creating it. Together, let's add a sprinkle of magic to your little one's adventures!
