Send Your Special Fabrics: After ordering, you'll receive easy instructions to send your baby's clothes to our Melbourne studio.

What to send?
You can send in as many pieces as you’d like.
We can use a different piece of clothing per letter if desired - I usually find 1 per letter or 2 alternating looks best
Shipping times
Once we have received your materials, please allow 1-3 weeks for personalised items to be dispatched. If you have also ordered other personalised items, they will be shipped together.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery.

Machine washable on cold (30 degrees or less). Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean

As our products are crafted to order and personalised, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind (including preorders).
