But on average, expect the beginner's course to take around 6-8 hours from start to finish on your first project. After that, how long each project takes can vary—a few could be whipped up in just a few hours, while others might be a bit more detailed and take longer - you'll be in control of how detailed you'd like to be going forward.
I'd suggest planning to spend a couple of hours each week on the beginner's course. And for your very first go, try to find a couple of hours where you won’t be interrupted, just so you can really get into the swing of things comfortably.
